The difference between being skinny and being toned but slim, is the amount of work you’re willing to put into it.
Anyone can not eat, or barely eat or eat shit but randomly, and still somehow slim down.
Try and do 1 hour yoga, then 50 squats, 30 sits up and 30 push ups before bed, all the while maintaining a healthy, clean diet.
There’s a skinny ass, and then there’s a toned ass, and I want the latter.
Oh and a two pack while I’m at it.
